When you need to SSH into your iPhone or iPod Touch you need to find out your local IP address. Here I will show you how to do this.
Go into the Settings application > then into Wi-Fi > then touch the small blue badge for the network you are connected to. Here you will see an ‘IP Address’ field where your current IP is displayed.
Alternatively, you can still view the Wifi IP information using SBSetting. But SBSettings just gives simple information instead the info above. If you would like to install SBSettings, you can check out my post here on how to install it.
